OVERVIEW

Wind-driven rain had caused leaks through the roof of this residential building for many years, as the original aluminium profiled flat roof was not watertight. The building owner had had been experiencing problems with the roof over a long period, necessitating ongoing repairs on a regular basis. Langley Approved Contractor, Skyler Contracting Ltd applied a carrier membrane and the liquid system after remedial works had been carried out on the building.
