Award winning housebuilders Seagate Homes are known for their traditional, high specification homes individually designed to complement the local architecture and landscape. Built in 2013, Stonebrook is a stone built detached property located in the conservation village of Castor. Surrounded by open countryside the build faced challenges with planning application refusals dating back to 2005. When planning permission was granted it was essential that all building materials were sympathetically chosen to compliment the traditional appearance of other properties in the village. A combination of Casement windows, Folding Doors, Sliding Sash windows and Doors from the Classic Range completed the look.
