London Square's development of luxury apartments in a stunning Grade II listed building in Richmond Hill required wetroom drainage and waterproofing solutions for 98 bespoke wetrooms, suitable for installation onto the timber floors.
A Modular Wet-Floor system was specified into each apartment and the drainage was connected to the tail of a waste pipe installed by a third party.
Each bathroom had an 18mm ply sub floor installed
RIW Tilesafe and FWM were used to fully tank the wetrooms .
Contemporary Stone-Infill Grills in a variety of lengths gave the wetrooms a stunning finishing touch.
