OVERVIEW

Langley was selected to assist in the roof refurbishment of this residential project in collaboration with Southampton City Council. A thorough bespoke roof condition survey and report were prepared with recommendations provided for an improved waterproofing solution of the main roof of this housing block. Additional assessments included core sample analysis which indicated the presence of moisture in the existing RBM overlay of the original asphalt roof. Approved Contractor, Breyer Group competently installed the new roof without the need for the structural deck to be fully exposed.
