Refurbishment of 1960's Flats Using Liquid Waterproofing

OVERVIEW

The existing 1960’s housing blocks required a long lasting roofing system to replace the current ‘response to leaks’ patching and repair system currently in pace, including an upgrade in insulation to meet Part L Building Regulations. IKO Polimar EC/UV was chosen to match St Albans City & District Councils policy of primarily using cold applied liquid systems for roofing refurbishment work.
