25 Wilton Road is a bold and impressive £35 million highly sustainable mixed-use redevelopment scheme with a BREEAM rating. MAX Architects specified the premium feature lighting for the reception area and the ground floor collaboration area. The striking Falling In was used across the whole ground floor area. The premium pendants designed by German designer Tobias Grau are tactile and have a distinctively organic shape associated with the idea of falling drop of water. The visually appealing optical lens allows an even and glare-free light distribution. The LED technology features comfortable light and superbly smooth dimming.
