PRA Health Sciences, a clinical development company, has undergone an extensive refurbishment of its Swansea office. The new work space caters to the growing workforce, accommodating over 270 employees. Comprising of three floors, the 30,000 sq ft office offers a range of flexible work spaces and breakout areas designed to engage staff and help to embrace the new ways of working, while reflecting PRA’s culture and brand ethos. In order to promote staff wellbeing, the new office has been fitted with class-leading architectural lighting - all designed and manufactured in the UK by Hacel.
