Polyflor flooring chosen for The Bird at Birtle gastropub

OVERVIEW

Luxury vinyl tiles and safety flooring from Polyflor were used for the restaurant and kitchen areas at celebrity chef Andrew Nutter’s new gastropub, The Bird at Birtle in Rochdale. The Polyflor flooring used on this project was specified by main contractor H Bell & Sons Ltd and installed by local flooring contractor Winton Flooring. Expona Commercial PUR luxury vinyl tiles in the Brown Heritage Cherry design were installed in the restaurant’s dining and bar areas. Polysafe Apex safety flooring in the Biotite design was selected to provide sustainable wet slip resistance for the kitchen area.
