Ottershaw Infant School

OVERVIEW

Langley was selected by Surrey County Council to assess their roof and produce a comprehensive condition report and specification. Inadequate drainage of the existing roof system caused significant internal leaks with ponding water adding additional stress to the building. Langley recommended stripping the existing covering to expose the structural deck and install a TA-20 warm roof system with tapered insulation to improve thermal efficiency of the roof.
