Northshore Innovation Centre

The New Fusion Hive Innovation Centre at Northshore, Stockton-On-Tees, was part of a 56 acre and £300 million overall project. The 36,000 sq ft Innovation centre is a state-of- the-art, high-tech building that provides spaces for small and medium sized science and technology businesses.
