Natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems provided at Burlington Square

Burlington Square is a new, high quality apartment scheme in Manchester. The building comprises of 273 apartments over nine storeys, with ground floor communal facilities, commercial units and communal rooftop areas.

D+H UK worked with Domis Construction to supply and install natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems using a combination of AOVs (automatically opening vent) and smoke extract fans.
