Natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems provided at Burlington Square

Burlington Square is a new, high quality apartment scheme in Manchester. The building comprises of 273 apartments over nine storeys, with ground floor communal facilities, commercial units and communal rooftop areas.

Dyer worked with Domis Construction to supply and install natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems using a combination of AOVs (automatically opening vent) and smoke extract fans.
