Internorm’s Passion Kanto triple-glazed windows have been instrumental in the recent refurbishment of Sandown Court in Avenham, Preston. The work has transformed two of the highest housing blocks in Preston into contemporary flats with high thermal performance; with the result that energy bills could fall by as much as £1,200 per year. Prior to the work taking place each apartment paid between £800 and £1,650 per annum for their energy bills consuming around 4.4 MW of energy per day. This major refurbishment project will see residents’ energy bills fall to approximately £450 per year.
