n this project our clients were a group of eight families who are all residents living on National Trust Land in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The trust had insisted on a new gravel road as the existing gravel was waterlogged and filled with pot holes due to its close proximity to a now redundant pond. The residents were unhappy that the road was a nuisance to drive on as the pot holes were rapidly increasing due to the frequent care use and weekly refuge collection.
