University Campus, Loughborough (2014)

Artform were approached to assist on external building works as part of Loughborough University’s campus master plan.

The scheme consisted of an open plaza plus a more formal, secluded seating garden.

The landscape architect, BCA Landscape, were looking for simple seating made from quality materials. In addition to providing an aesthetic appeal that complimented the campus, it was also important that the products chosen were tough and durable. Giada Benches and Salgueiro Granite Blocks were chosen for their simplicity, exceptional value and effortless functionality. The Giada’s overall weight also influenced the product choice by being unmovable once installed.
