Long and Foster chose Accoya wood

The homes have four levels of living space & are approx 3,350 square feet each. Cromley’s background in development spans projects from historic renovations to loft conversions to new construction. Accoya was the perfect fit as a sustainable product for this project as each of the homes are LEED rated & use 50% less energy than traditional houses.
