LOCAL Crescent; Mechanical extract on a former brownfield site development

OVERVIEW

LOCAL Crescent is a new residential project in Salford with 399 apartments and seven townhouses.


Mechanical Smoke Extract (MSE) systems are installed in each of the blocks and the car park.

 

D+H UK worked closely with Domis, Aberla, NOVO Integration and BB7 to ensure the complex smoke control equipment was integrated into the building fabric.
