Listone Giordano helps create turnkey luxury model residences in Palazzo del Sol on Miami's Fisher Island

Palazzo del Sol is the newest luxury residential building to be built on Miami’s famous Fisher Island. Seeking to bring contemporary aesthetic to a the island, developers looked to Listone Giordano for help designing a turnkey model home. The penthouse presents Listone Giordano’s wooden flooring Reserve Mareggiata Genoa, complementing the natural elements throughout the living areas.
