Refurbishing a school roof during term time is always a challenge and the roof works at Jack Hunt Secondary School provided this challenge coupled with the removal and subsequent waterproofing of several large and redundant barrel rooflights while students studied below.
Harmony Roofing Services Ltd picked up this challenge and carried out the works using Langley’s TA-20 warm roof system, replacing many rooflights while the client opted for Langley’s Red Brick coloured cap sheet in keeping with the schools existing flat roofing.
1400m² completed works is testament to the contractors and the superiority of the Langley system.
