Internorm windows and entrance doors were specified for one of the UK’s largest residential Passivhaus projects to date - Willmott Dixon's Chester Balmore

OVERVIEW

The specification of Internorm’s systems has been key to helping the project achieve Passivhaus standard - the fabric first approach to low energy buildings. The £10 million project, located in the Highgate area of the London borough of Camden. Energy efficiency was at the heart of this scheme, which resulted in the development being built to Passivhaus standard, where energy demands are reduced by up to 90% thanks to the utilisation of existing energy along with superior insulation of the building fabric and exceptional air tightness.
