High Water Table Project in Scotland uses Voltex DS

OVERVIEW

Grove Street Apartments, Scotland. A complete design package was required complying with BS8102, Grade 4, to encapsulate the basement structure from an area with an historically high water table, sitting adjacent to the Union Canal, in the worst weather conditions experienced in over 20 years. The solution was to construct a basement with a very tight building programme, using CETCO’s Voltex DS coupled with a LPDE liner, integrally bonded to the non-woven geotextile. A comprehensive, dual-protection system, below ground and ground level structure, was completed on schedule, and covered by a full CETCO System Warranty.
