George Street_ Ten Degrees_ Spacia

OVERVIEW

Ten Degrees, developed by Greystar, is the world’s tallest modular residential building. The build-to-rent scheme

in Croydon boasts 546 apartments across two adjoining 44- and 38-storey towers, as well as 10 different social spaces, including a games lounge, coworking space, dining room and gym.

Greystar’s designers originally envisioned using timber flooring for the high-spec amenity areas but instead opted for the durability of Amtico’s Signature LVT. The cool brown base and lightly limed grain of Manor Oak was chosen to add texture and a premium aesthetic, creating a calming

and relaxed atmosphere in the open-plan social and co-working spaces.
