Initial Situation: Ground floor: 2 x 16m in length with a rectangular Diameter of 380mm x 300mm. First Floor: 2 x 12m in length with a rectangular Diameter of 300mm x 225mm. Project Challenge: The client requested to maintain flue size to create adequate “draught” to use the fireplaces without having to fit chimney fans. Liner Chosen: FuranFlex25 Black Result: Furanflex25 fitted to the contour of the flue, maintaining the flue size and giving a smooth insulated lining to increase the efficiency of the chimney and without disruption to the flue construction whilst meeting the grade 2 listing building requirements.
