Lema was chosen by Broadway Malyan for the Fulham Reach project. A prestigious residential development by St. George in the area of Hammersmith & Fulham.
The project, which has obtained numerous awards, comprises over 137 luxury apartments and penthouses distributed in two buildings, Fairfax and Hamilton House. Lema was involved in the design and supply of all the custom-made wardrobes of the development, together with a series of customised furnishing elements for the penthouses of Fairfax House. It is also provided and directly managed the installation of all the kitchens – furnishings, appliances, stone tops – for all the residences.
