We quashed the developer’s apprehensions rapidly by maintaining strong communication & demonstrating presence onsite during installs at Isopad House. We provided ongoing support throughout the balcony install process, listening to concerns and quickly resolving any minor issues. We delivered by exceeding expectations and ensuring matters were dealt with both fairly and efficiently. Thomas Anderson Steels, a trusted Sapphire install partner, were on site with our support fitting the Glide-On™ Cassette®. The prefinished balconies arrived ready for install and were then fitted onto the pre-erected support arms, ensuring rigidity. Completing the 94 Cassette®, Rigid. Ready. Right.
