Former Church gets new lease of life, after being renovated into four superb homes

OVERVIEW

Charters Property recently purchased this deconsecrated church and have transformed the building into a prestigious development of four fabulous homes. Sensitivity was key when renovating the property and the majority of the original features have been preserved. Various Clement ranges were used to meet the different requirements of the project - the Brooking range was used for the beautiful arch head windows on the front elevation, EB16 was used for other windows where silicone fronting was not required and W20 was used for the steel doors. Clement 2 and 4 Conservation Rooflights were also specified to let more light in.
