Forest fx flooring adds a natural feel to the Greenlea Oncology Unit

OVERVIEW

Wood effect flooring from Polyflor’s Forest fx PUR range was used to create an interior inspired by nature for the refurbished Greenlea Oncology Unit at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. The Rustic Oak design from Forest fx range was fitted throughout the Chemotherapy and Oncology unit as part of a £2.2m ward improvement scheme. Jammal Mohammed, Project Manager at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary comments, “We chose this wood effect design from the Forest fx range to bring a sense of the outdoors into the ward and create a calming, less clinical atmosphere for our patients when they are receiving treatment.”
