Finally down come the boards and in go the Clement steel windows!

OVERVIEW

Opposite the railway station in Leeds City Square is the Majestic. An iconic building, Grade II listed, for many years it was derelict. Developers Rushbond plc acquired the building to create prime leisure accommodation and also a feature roof top external trading area. The works included the reinstatement of all of the original windows on the first and second floors for which Clement W20 was chosen. Offering slim, elegant sight lines and the ability to create stunning shapes, replicating the original fenestration it was the right choice for this project.
