OVERVIEW

RISE is a new eye-catching mixed-use development in the centre of Deptford in London, achieved using a combination of Bailey’s standard and bespoke building envelope products. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, KDS Associates and Ash Sakula Architects, the contemporary, colourful eight-storey building, intended to reflect the modern vision for Deptford, provides a mix of studios, apartments and commercial space. Bailey worked with main contractor Ardmore Construction to deliver a range of durable fascias, soffits and rainscreen cladding for the project, alongside the multi-coloured privacy panels between the 115 balconied apartments.
