The multi-phased scheme on Redcliff Street sees a comprehensive modernisation of 14 floors, construction of a new floor at roof level and complete rebuilt of the reception area. The brief for the lighting was to deliver a modern yet conservative look in keeping with the TLT brand whilst meeting the CIBSE regulations. In the breakout space, the slim linear profile Leck was installed in between the wooden rafts in a random pattern. In the open plan office, the large suspended ring shaped luminaire Ouse was used.
