OVERVIEW
Eckland Lodge is purpose-built building offering rented space to businesses. The modern building needed the flexibility of being able to programme access rights on proximity cards easily and when required if tenants vacated the building. It also needed to control access into the building as well as the allocated areas of the building for the tenants.
To achieve the requirement of the specification the client chose to use the Securefast Virtual Network Smartlock system with their own choice of lever handle on the office doors.
All the external doors where control either using automatic sliding doors into a reception area or by a Securefast proximity reader, with a Securefast exit button on the inside to vacate the building.
