Cavendish Place - Rainscreen Cladding

CAVENDISH PLACE is a new five-story luxury mixed-use development in the centre of Clapham Common, achieved using Bailey’s Platinum Rainscreen Cladding. The £8m development is part of Clapham Park’s major regeneration project to transform the area into the exemplar of residential space in London. The building comprises of 8000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation and 40 luxury apartments across six levels. The flats were designed to provide residents with the highest quality of life.
