Lema was involved in the development of Circus West Village, the first phase of the ambitious development at Battersea Power Station. Designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, and rises on the western side of the former Battersea Power Station, has 753 apartments which include 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses, as well as gardens and public areas for residents. There are also offices, shops, bars, restaurants and a newly-built park overlooking the river. Lema was involved in the design, production and installation of the 2,300 bespoke wardrobes for all the apartments of this phase.
