OVERVIEW

Phase 2 of the Aston Student Village project, providing high standard accommodation for more than 3,000 students, the scheme is one of the biggest regeneration projects in the Midlands. Including installation Dempsey Dyer tendered for the project with the Deceuninck 2500 Chamfered suite in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey using the unique & patented Decoroc coating externally and traditional white internally. Decoroc provides a quality and durable finish and is guaranteed not to peel, crack or fade, unlike many lesser coatings. Dempsey Dyer worked closely with Deceuninck during the specification process to ensure that all requirements were met.
