20 Gresham Street occupies a privileged position in the heart of the City, diagonally opposite the City of London’s Guildhall entrance and within minutes of landmark institutions such as the Royal Exchange and the Bank of England. The Milk Street/Gresham Street corner is highly visible, due to the geography of the street and the placement of neighbouring buildings.
