Access control integration the key to student security
OVERVIEW
The University of Birmingham's state-of-the-art student accommodation development, Chamberlain, consists of a 19-storey tower and three low-rise blocks. An essential requirement in the development was an integrated access control system, which would reduce the need for keys.
In order to minimise the complexity of managing a new system, the University required a solution that integrated with, or was an extension of, their existing campus access control and accommodation management systems.
