Bespoke riser doors for London’s new financial centre.

OVERVIEW

Profab supplied over 1500 riser doors at 5 Broadgate, the new London base for Swiss bank UBS. Open riser shafts throughout the building meant that added safety measures had to be implemented. We therefore designed a safety rail system that could be incorporated within our door frame, and successfully tested it at BRE’s testing facility at Garston. The doors also featured recessed signage to give a completely flush finish. It was this commitment to quality and innovative design which convinced Make Architects that Profab were the right suppliers for this landmark project.
