The Eldorado building has been described as one of the finest Art Deco structures in New York City, and rightly so! The Eldorado Resident’s Committee contacted Clement’s New York representatives, Skyline Windows, as there was a requirement to replace the original 1930s windows in a large number of apartments. Skyline Windows received a strict brief from ‘Landmark’ (the USA’s equivalent of Heritage England) to ensure that the building’s authentic appearance was retained. Bespoke EB24 steel windows by Clement were specified, as they would match the existing fenestration, whilst also offering improved thermal performance and enhanced security.
