Tregunnel Hill, is one of two developments in Newquay which were commissioned by the Duchy of Cornwall to champion sustainable development environmentally, socially and economically.
To enhance the façade of the development we worked closely with C G Fry to choose a portico that was in keeping with the development design. After much consideration it was agreed that the Gibbs Range of Classical Porches would be the most suitable in terms of style and quality of finish.
