Fast food meets fast fit

McDonalds were facing a series of challenges with the cost of refurbishment and with new build sites. With downtime a key consideration for franchisees, achieving rapid fit-out speeds was essential. We designed bespoke panels to match tight specifications for size and colour before completing test installs and demonstrating our highly unique position in the market.

We enabled McDonalds to slash refurbishment times in half, from 5 days to 2.5 days and for new builds, from 2 weeks to 1 week.

After our 30 store trial, a period of testing for sustainability and durability commenced over 6 months. The result; in 2021 we'll be rolling out Reco to a further 600 stores.
