Astralux blinds were used and as the glazing slopes outwards a cassetted zip system was specified. This clever roller blind has zips welded to the edge of the fabric which run in the side channels of the blind. This ensures the blind always runs square and is ideal for sloping glazing as the blind is permanently guided. A FR screen fabric was used in most areas to effectively control light levels and solar gain but also allowing a view to the outside.
