Basic Uses/Related Uses

Compression fit firestopping insulation for floor/ceiling and wall penetrations, construction joints, and other firestopping applications. Safing is an integral component used to transition any perimeter fire containment wall system to the fire rated floor/ceiling. Thermafiber tested systems include:

• 3rd-party independently tested for use in fire containment assemblies having 1, 2, and 3 hour fire resistance ratings
