MasterFinish HC is a chemical retarder specifically designed to produce uniform exposedaggregate finishes on architectural precast concrete. Its excellent heat resistance makes it ideal to produce medium to deep etch exposedaggregate concrete on panels that may reach 160 °F (71 °C) while curing
