CANFEN FREESTAND Temporary Fencing

CANFEN FREESTAND is the latest innovation in foundation free temporary fencing that keeps sustainable construction at its heart. Manufactured from 100% low carbon steel with at least an 80% recycled steel content, the system is 100% fully recyclable at end of life.

Thanks to our patent pending base system and fixing system the post can be moved in a vertical and horizontal plane until the post is engaged. This allows the fence line to remain true and plumb regardless of the terrain with no external trip hazards.

For added security all are fixings are anti-tamper with IP4-1 Two Way Security Fixings using special driver bits (supplied). This prevents unauthorised access after installation but easy removal at end of project.

At the end of the enabling or temporary works, the fence panels can be used as the permanent rigid mesh fencing on the project if required. This helps to reduce the whole life costing of the fencing for the project with rigid mesh having a typical service life of 10 – 30 years depending on the environment based on BS EN 10244-2 : 2009, the standard for steel wire and wire products.
