a new brewery located within the former
Valley Mills site in Geelong. Building works included a full upgrade of the sawtooth wall lights (skylights) with Wonderglas GC as well as installation of $45 million of brewing equipment. The choice of Wonderglas GC offered
both 99.9% U.V reduction, paramount
to maintaining beer freshness, combined
with an exceptional light transmission
guarantee. The fit-out included structural modifications, services upgrades and construction of new plant spaces. Works were completed over a twelve month duration with an extremely high level of services coordination and design using BIM.

Once a visitor is cleared, they walk through a Tourlock security revolving door to enter main lobby. Another security revolving door was installed for one-way exit out of the main lobby. The benefits of the solution include: added layer of security between screening area

bush land across Daylesford, Hepburn Springs
and Mt Franklin. Revitalising the pastoral
shed of yesteryear, the industrial structure
sits on minimal footings with a gravel floor.
The Longhouse is built to passive house
standards with very few heating and cooling
inputs and provision for solar paneling and
battery storage.
