This project involved the construction of a new brewery located within the former Valley Mills site in Geelong. Building works included a full upgrade of the sawtooth wall lights (skylights) with Wonderglas GC as well as installation of $45 million of brewing equipment. The choice of Wonderglas GC offered both 99.9% U.V reduction, paramount to maintaining beer freshness, combined with an exceptional light transmission guarantee. The fit-out included structural modifications, services upgrades and construction of new plant spaces. Works were completed over a twelve month duration with an extremely high level of services coordination and design using BIM.
