Weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods using high-pressure cleaners, high-alkaline, acid or solvent-based cleaners will affect the sealers long term performance. Under normal conditions the sealer will last up to 2 years following correct maintenance. However in high traffic areas it is recommended to be reapplied every 6-12 months.

Coverage will depend on the porosity of the substrate, temperature and method of application. Approximate coverage allows for 2 coats and is as follows:

• Sandstone, Limestone – 6-8 square metres per litre
• Terracotta, Slate, Granite – 8-10 square metres per litre
• Marble, Travertine – 10-12 square metres per litre
• Terrazzo, Tessellated – 10-12 square metres per litre
