Description
Haymes Ultralock is a unique rapid drying interior/exterior, turps-based primer, and sealer all in one. It is easy to apply, has superb adhesion and stain sealing properties, including fantastic tannin blocking resistance and permanent sealing of nicotine and water stains. Ultralock is ideal for use as a sealer binder for set plaster and has the benefit of being suitable for use under and over both water and oil based topcoats.
