Floor preparation levelling screed
Application
- Externally balconies or in ramp applications.
- Wet areas where controlled falls are required.
- Onto concrete and FC (Cement sheet) sheet substrate.
- Residential, commercial or medium industrial applications.
- As a system in conjunction with Bostik/ASA wet area internal waterproofing membranes.
Description
A fast setting high build modified cementitious levelling screed. Specially formulated for quick and easy application to achieve required falls without any shrinkage or cracking.
- Replaces the need for sand and cement mixing onsite.
- Single component – just add water.
- Rapid setting, shrinkage compensated to minimise cracking during cure.
- Can be walked on after 1 hour depending on site temperature and condition.
- Accepts waterproofing membrane after 4 hours @ 20°C.
- Most floor coverings can be applied after 24 hours.
- Excellent bond strength to concrete and fc sheet substrate.
