Application

Suitable throughout a variety of applications across multiple building sectors as non-structural walls in place of pre-cast concrete, brickwork, blockwork, aerated thermal blocks and other fire rated wall systems. Common applications include:

  • Shaft and riser walls and intertenancy and corridor walls within high rise buildings.
  • Party walls and boundary walls in multi-residential buildings.
  • Fire-rated escape stairs, car park and plant room walls within high rise buildings.
  • Factory separations and boundary walls for industrial projects.
  • Ceiling systems and bulkheads (78 mm profile only).

Description

Speedpanel® is a pre-fabricated panel system comprised of a roll-formed steel outer shell filled with an aerated cement core. It is an innovative and time-saving fire and acoustic rated wall system that is highly versatile, lightweight and easy to handle and install.
